
Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments and services provided by McInnes Auto Detailing. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Deposits
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits are applied toward the total balance of your scheduled service.
• Under no circumstances will deposits be refunded.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time may have the deposit transferred once to a future booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment start time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
• Failure to attend an appointment (“no show”) will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Refunds
• No refunds will be issued for any services rendered under any circumstances.
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
4. Appointment Obligations
• Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled services. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation at the sole discretion of McInnes Auto Detailing, without refund or credit of deposit.
• McInnes Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if proper working conditions are not met (including, but not limited to: unsafe work areas, weather conditions, or the vehicle condition being beyond the scope of the booked service).
5. Liability Disclaimer
• McInnes Auto Detailing, its employees, representatives, and subcontractors shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, claims, or expenses arising out of or in connection with services provided.
• This includes, but is not limited to: damage to personal property, pre-existing defects, mechanical or electrical failures, paint imperfections, or any incidental or consequential damages.
• Clients acknowledge that all services are undertaken at their own risk and responsibility.
6. Vehicle Condition Acknowledgment
• Clients acknowledge that vehicles may have pre-existing damage, defects, wear, or imperfections prior to service.
• McInnes Auto Detailing is not responsible for uncovering or worsening pre-existing issues, including but not limited to: paint defects, rust, clear coat failure, weak trim, worn fabrics, or mechanical/electrical problems.
• By leaving a vehicle with McInnes Auto Detailing, the client confirms that the vehicle is in a condition suitable to receive the requested services and accepts full responsibility for any pre-existing issues that may become visible or aggravated during or after the service.
7. Agreement By paying a deposit and/or booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
